Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient onsite construction work.Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from Sub contractors.Cast-in-place bored piling by temporary casing and bentonite system, Secant Pile (1200mmx25000mm), contiguous pile and Diaphragm wall (1200mmx7100mmx30000mm) for underground structures. Dewatering and shoring works.Inspect the construction works of Secant Pile, Contiguous pile, Diaphragm wall and retaining wall.Inspect the Ground anchoring, tendon insertion, grouting, stressing of tendons and conduct performance and proof test.Inspect the installation of water bars, geotextile membrane, PVC, crack inducers, injection hose, sika swell bars and waterproofing of the structure.Plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in Accordance to contract requirement.Manage laboratory staff to ensure procedures are in compliance with international standards and codes. Advises and supervise the calibration and maintenance of Laboratory and Field Apparatus to ensure efficiency of usage.Prepares and monitors quality systems including Quality Control Plans & Procedures such as, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans.Prepares and attends to the daily Inspection Requests in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements and other approved procedures. Supervises Quality Control Procedures in all construction stages.Ensures that all quality objectives are achieved by working with the construction team, procurement department and the management, providing technical supports and information.To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC programTo identify problems, pose plausible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.

Planning the site work like clearing & grubbing, natural ground compaction, embankment layers, sub-grade layer, sub-base layers, Asphalt base coarse , Asphalt wearing coarse, cat eyes, road lane marking, curb stone work, interlock in the sidewalks as well for the speed breaker. Project Monitoring with actual progress comparing to the planned activities program.Coordination with QA&QC department regarding material testing for determination of engineering properties i.e. Soil, Concrete, Steel Reinforcement, Asphalt etc.Review technical and feasibility studies for site investigation.Managing delivery of materials and efficient use of Plant & Equipment as per site requirement.Time to time Recommend resources where necessarily require to meet site demand.Review and approve Material submittals ensuring compliance as per contract & specification requirements. Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.Responsible for analyzing, reviewing & getting comments from each parties and recommend accordingly if desired.All site inspection will be carried out by an official Inspection and Test Request (ITR) submitted by the Contractor through the proper channels.Set, organize and conduct coordination meetings for site related issues.Review structures shop drawings, conferred with supervisory, engineering personnel and materials suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. Rehabilitation / concrete repair works, concrete protection. Coordination with the Engineers & Client & Sub-contractors for Quality of the work to ensure that all inspections are carried out as per ITP and specifications. Preparing “Method Statements and procedures” for various stages of construction.Checking the quality of construction material and ensuring the test methods are followed as per specification and standards for testing of material.
