 Configuration and troubleshooting L1 and L2 related issues. Internal application monitoring and remote access support. MS SQL server database administration. JIS application monitoring and daily reporting amount of data stored at the end of the day to Korean management team and taking manual data backup for further use of data when needed. Hands on troubleshooting experience and support experience. Working closely with developers on new upgradation of internal software applications and documentation. Identifying technical problems and escalating to the developing team and solving the issue. Working with developers on new implementation of applications and update the application configurations in using windows systems. Self-starter and team player.
