About Naresh Pieris

I am a Rubber and Tyre technologist and have over twenty five years of managerial experience in leading manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka. In addition to above, I am engaged in promoting various Japanese management techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, QC Circles and Productivity etc. Serve as a senior auditor for JASTECA (Japan Sri Lanka Technical and Cultural Association) on 5S and Kaizen since 2001. Further, I have been a judge for SLAAQP (Sri Lanka Association for Advancement of Quality and Productivity) in their annual QC Circle conventions.
