With my experience, I've developed key strengths in cost-effective sourcing, supply chain management, workforce management, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.As a consultant for a Chennai based business in India, I helmed the development and execution of growth strategies for four brands, even transforming unproductive assets into a successful brand catering to the lower end of the market. My strategic interventions have led to the creation of profitable new dealerships and successful collaborations with key national players in India.In 2019, I launched Stanley Lifestyles, a premium leather furniture brand, in Australia and New Zealand. Currently, I am the Country Head for Australia & New Zealand at Basant, a leading manufacturer of exquisite, handcrafted furniture.Embracing my entrepreneurial spirit, I've recently founded Roomlane - a pioneering furniture and home decor company in Melbourne that's reshaping the industry through sustainable and innovative practices. At Roomlane, we source our furniture from sustainable Australian timber and Indian mango and acacia wood, supporting local artisans and reducing our carbon footprint.
