Creation & maintaining process checkpoints to ensure adherence to design standards.Participation in design reviews discussions, assess technical risks and develop qualification test methods to validate design changes.Weekly report preparation for the team.

Role: Blade Design EngineerResponsibilities:Performing conceptual and detailed design of composite wind turbine blades.Managing engineering changing requests.Handling production non conformities from global blade factories.Streamlining business process.Developing technical solutions for frequently occurring production issues. Developing concepts, working out detailed design, conducting design reviews, creating drawings, preparing BOM & releasing documents.Optimizing blade structural design for manufacturability by using FiberSim.Mentoring and guiding team members to handle NCR’s & ECR’s, develop design concepts & detailed design. Reviewing the tasks, designs & drawings.Creation and maintaining design practices to improve quality and productivity. Interacting with counterpart functional manager for task prioritizing & delivering quality outputs.
