CurrentKey team player in global talent acquisition team highly concentrated on Automotive (CAE & CAD) India Requirements• Sourcing the quality candidate assessing the skills as per requirements• Understand the In house and Client requirements and coordinate with the overseas Managers and recruiters.• Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies and other related information.
