Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle And Adoption
Current-Responsible for the strategic development and support of customer lifecycle programs and communications -Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop customer journey map across Cvent solutions -Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive key post-sale objectives including onboarding, adoption, usage and retention-Identify and develop content to support account management and customer needs-Create compelling copy and positioning for marketing campaign assets that reinforce the Cvent solutions' value proposition-Design email and digital marketing campaigns to influence engagement and renewal metrics -Leverage marketing automation, Marketo, to bring efficiencies to campaign nurture efforts and audience reach -Optimize marketing strategies and campaign tactics through A/B testing and implementing benchmark best practices-Partner with Client Success, Sales and Marketing teams to build global event and digital channel programs to engage and retain customers -Evaluate customer feedback to strategize product improvements partnering with Product Management and Marketing departments-Support our industry user conference, Cvent CONNECT, by activating our customer programs through experiential marketing and content development-Build customer-centricity as part of corporate culture to drive adoption and retention efforts as core business priorities
