Including: IT, CV Writing, Interview Techniques and City and Guilds accredited employability coursesResponsible for managing recruitment campaigns from beginning to end process.Writing and analysing current job specifications ensuring all adverts are written in line with current legislations.Identifying the most appropriate means and, methods for attracting the best talent for the role. Utilise CV searches, date mining of job boards and targeted email campaigns to drive the attraction of candidates.Pro actively sourcing candidates though various social mediums, including Linked in Twitter, face book. Arrange interviews through to conducting telephone and face to face interviews.Carry out skills and testing tests.Organise and deliver assessment centres.Referencing and CRB checking, deliver feedback, organise inductions for new starters.Review and develop exiting recruitment and selection methods.
