Account Manager
Current•Lead the team of 9 Campaign Managers and 7 Junior Campaign Managers along with managing a portfolio of 165 clients•Manage ~12M monthly ads revenue and ~3M monthly ads spend. Successful in keeping the organization’s ROAS >5 for last 6 months•Conduct training and learning development for the team ranging from technical to soft skills•Conduct weekly team meetings for strategic direction, conflicts resolution along with overseeing accounts health and campaigns planning•Act as a subject matter expert along with formulation of SOPs, new policies, and best practices •Develop and implement account plans, conduct regular client meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
