Account Manager
Current- Lead the team of 9 Campaign Managers and 7 Junior Campaign Managers along with managing a portfolio of 165 clients
- Manage ~12M monthly ads revenue and ~3M monthly ads spend. Successful in keeping the organization’s ROAS >5 for last 6 months
- Conduct training and learning development for the team ranging from technical to soft skills
- Conduct weekly team meetings for strategic direction, conflicts resolution along with overseeing accounts health and campaigns planning
- Act as a subject matter expert along with formulation of SOPs, new policies, and best practices
- Develop and implement account plans, conduct regular client meetings and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
