Project Coordinator
Current• Experience in project support and documentation using assigned methodologies such as Prince2, Agile including Scrum or traditional Waterfall.• Lead a team of IT Support Specialists (10+), which includes recruiting, onboarding and inducting them into the company’s processes and policies, creating Professional Development Plans (PDPs) and maintaining their schedules, rosters and payroll.• Support the training team in pre-sales, sales pipelining, campaigns, and closing opportunities.• Forecasting project requirements and booking necessary resources (50+ accredited trainers and contractors).• Liaising with clients to ensure all logistical requirements for delivering workshops are met in a timely manner.• Manage project teams, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements for PM-Partners as it is a Registered Training Organization (RTO).• Manage various projects to ensure PM-Partners remains at the forefront of new tools, techniques, software, and hardware.• Carry out risk assessment workshops and maintain all issues logs, lessons learnt, and escalations.• Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based project planning and decision making to ensure smooth change management systems.
