Currently working in the innovation and digital transformation segment, I act as a manager in several projects, serving the industry of São Paulo. With management, I work with agile methodologies such as XP (Extreme Programming), SCRUM, Kanban, and SCRUMBAN. My main activities are: stakeholder meetings, prospecting for new clients and projects, requirements analysis and engineering for project sizing and feasibility, backlog management and analysis, meetings with different teams such as a team of designers, a team of developers, a team of market and customer analysis, management and creation of KPIs with analytical techniques and tools (Business Intelligence).Within my scope of activities, I also work as a Digitalization and Digital Transformation consultant. I attend, design, and participate in the creation of projects aimed at elevating the technological maturity level of organizations. I participate from the initial stage of the service (requirement gathering) to the final delivery of the projects and/or a specific solution.I participated in the creation of the consultancy methodology developed by SENAI-SP for the service of companies seeking Digital Transformation.
