This position is responsible for maintaining efficient daily housekeeping operation and services by supervising various sections, such as laundry, Public Areas & Mini Bar. *Additionally, responsible for all matters related to the maintenance of the guest rooms. *Responsible for the daily operation of the entire housekeeping department, including laundry & Mini Bar. *Assist in interviewing applicants for the housekeeping department whenever required & make recommendations on suitable candidates. *Responsible for the daily administration of the housekeeping department. *Provide immediate reference to subordinates. *Make every effort to ensure the comfort & enjoyment of the hotel guest. *Handle guest complaints at any point of time or problems that does not fall within the authority of the housekeeper, FOM or GSM. *Provide training programs to subordinates & report the progress of their performance. *Supervise personnel grooming, uniform, and haircut & staff behavior.
