Hello, my name is James Nash and I am in the business administration undergraduate program at the University of Texas at Dallas. At this school, I have been focusing on taking my cores alongside my major-specific classes. Because of this, I have had more exposure than others to my field. I spend most of my free time trying to solve non-routine problems, and when I am at school, I work on solving routine problems. These problems can range from constructing a balance sheet or income statement in class to skills that require me to think more critically, such as many of my other business classes. This is one of my hobbies and one of my strongest characteristics. I have also been working to develop my interpersonal skills so that I will be able to fit better within any organization. I have grown my skills through my education at the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as through attending many school-sponsored events and seminars to learn more about the business field. I have also attended multiple events to develop myself professionally, ranging from learning how to send a business email, to practicing an elevator pitch.
