I oversee the publishing, grow our content library, and develop customised programs for businesses to achieve their training goals and develop their people in key skills and knowledge across innovation, data, tech, transformation, personal productivity and much more. I'm also spearheading an ongoing project to facilitate deep thinking, memory, and drive behavioral changes in order to provide our users with the best learning experience on-the-go.I work closely with the following facets of the business: * Business development: Tailor personalised content strategy solutions for our corporate clients* Expert Relations: Ensure the right expert and content fit to develop impactful content* Events: Collaborate with the events team to develop engaging offline activities* Customer Experience: Build feedback loops to understand and meet the needs of our users* Marketing: Support efforts to amplify Tigerhall’s content in the relevant channels
