• Taking care Uniqlo, C&A, Clothing Partner (CANDA), Tex-Design, Next, GMS (PNC), Li & Fung, Clover Collections, Carrefour, Tailor Vintage business.• Working with Brand JC Penney, Levis, Mango, Otto International, A.M. • Handled multiple departments at a time.• Correspondence with the UK buying, merchandising, and sourcing team.• Fabric sourcing & pricing with Indian, Chinese, and Bangladeshi mills to achieve better quality at a competitive price. • Capacity planning with vendors, Price negotiation with different suppliers.• Seasonal Trend Pack & Color Palette management with supplier and brand designer.• Managing all development- CAD, handloom, fabric as per the requirement of the design team. • Tracking all development work with mill & supplier and arranging all development samples for Buyer sign-off meeting.• Sourcing of new supplier, fabric mill, accessories & product range.• Doing risk analysis for any product at the beginning stage and all test feasibility of fabric & garments.• Check all the samples first myself and then pass to the technician.• Closely work with our QA team to get a quality product and ensure on-time delivery.• Communicating with vendors through a confirmed critical path, reviewing order weekly and production report daily basis and taking corrective action, checking production plan.• Enhancement of supplier capability through coordination with technical team and Design team.• Giving various approvals including commercial decisions based on quality standards. • Follow up on production, testing, and making sure of ON TIME SHIPMENT.
