Job Profile: Global Video Conferencing - Service Delivery• Managing a multitude of video conferencing technologies to include enterprise grade infrastructure (Polycom Group Series, Poly Studio series etc.) as well as software-based products (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of video conferencing technology and systems.• Serving as the subject matter expert in video inquiries and participating in architectural, engineering, and support discussions for Hybrid, virtual events, symposiums, and conferences.• Provide technical support during Senior leadership meeting and implement security measures, protocols and confidentiality of video conferences attended by President and senior leadership.• Provide technical support and training to AKU faculty, staff, and students on using video conferencing platforms and features and ensure the readiness of the room to connect to any VC session at any point in time.• Manage the inventory of video conferencing equipment and supplies.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of video conferencing systems and recommend improvements.• Collaborate with business teams and external partners to plan and execute hybrid conferences, symposiums and webinars.• Stay up to date with video conferencing technologies and industry trends.• Providing frontline technical support and troubleshooting for handheld devices such as smartphones, tablets, IPad etc.Management Projects: • President Board Room, Provost Board Room, Women & Child Health, Peer-Play Room. Video Conference rooms. • AKU University Center Building – Video Conference room, Multipurpose Halls and Meeting Rooms. • AKU Global Events includes Global Convocation, Executive Meetings, Virtual Symposiums and Workshops.

• Diagnosis of desktop, application, and infrastructure issues. • Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. • Installations, support, and assessment of IT equipment. • Acting as the first point of contact for all IT queries. • Communicating with higher-tier technical specialists. • Responsible for supporting: Windows 7/ Windows 8/ Windows 10/ Office 2010 and 2013, Active Directory management, backup products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless, and firewall configuration.
