These solutions include Data Center, Infrastructure and telephony solutions in addition to Call Center and broadband technology. In this role I interface with agency heads and their C-Suite directors to help them achieve their statutory goals and legislative mandates.

My role was to serve as the sales leader for senior group of sales executives focused on selling cloud services to mid-market and large customers across the Mid-South. These services are delivered in a recently built Tier 3+ data center. Such services include Telephony, Broadband, Call Center as well a host cloud services. Additional responsibilities include developing a sales plan and strategy for C Spire Cloud Services, establishing and maintaining executive level relationships with customers, developing channel partner relationships, setting and exceeding sales goals.

Mississippi And Alabama

Responsible for leading the sales efforts for converged infrastructure sales across Mississippi and Alabama. In this role I work with parent companies, VMware, Cisco and EMC to bring their best in class products (Virtualization, Fabric Switching and Storage) as an all-in-one solution. This solution is being sold to enterprise and commercial customers who are looking to virtualize their environments, increase productivity and reduce the complexity of IT. VCE does this with a product called Vblock an optimized solution that has been pre-tested and validated in the factory. VCE is the world leader in in Converged Infrastructure technology.

Jackson, Mississippi Area

I am currently doing independent consulting for State Government and K-12 Schools. In this role I was working with Universities and K-12 schools serving as a design specialist on the implementations of LAN/WAN and software technologies.

Al, Ms, La

I directed sales in the public sector for Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana and my region was responsible for $70 million in equipment and software. These products included routers, switches, voice and call center applications sales. In this role, my responsibility as to set the sales strategey across three state and lead a team of 9 Account Managers and 8 Sales Engineers. Other duties included working with manufacturer resellers to insure training and sales promotions were instututed as required for a successful sales partnership. Other duties included meeting with Executives in the public sector (Presidents, School Superintendents, etc.) to deliever presentations of the effectiveness of technology.

As CIO for the department of Education, I was responsible for setting the technology direction for all K-12 schools in the state of MS and implementing Hardware/Software solution. Major accomplishment was the development and implementation the states first comprehensive software application to track students and teaching professionals and implementation of the K-12 network that connected 152 school districts and 1028 schools to the internet.
