Co-founded a Social Enterprise called Nomad with the aim to uplift and empower communities living in rural poverty (India and Indonesia) through education and vocational training. We are bridging the gap between the artisans and the world as an intermediary platform to design the products produced by artisans and market them through e-commerce platform. We are also looking to improve the social mobility of children living in rural poverty by providing proper education.● Responsible for all aspects of the business operations.● Handled the logistics, procurement of materials and oversee quality control throughout the company.● Collaborate with marketing team to establish and execute marketing strategies to expand market share and increase sales.● Prepared proposals and pitched about the company to organisations for grants/fundraising.● Managed the complete design and launch of the company's brand image, identity and products.● Generated leads and prospective customers (B2B and B2C), prepared bids costing and pricing forproposals, closing of deals and after sales.● Recruited and managed individuals to support business growth.● Assisted in the creation of cash monitoring spreadsheets and processes.

As the Steering Committee of the Community Leaders Forum Leadership and Advancement Benefaction Scheme (CLF LABS), I am responsible for determining the selection and assessment of proposals, in accordance with CLF LABS Forward Thrusts of making the community better, cultivating a community with wide social enterprise and creating a pipeline of citizen leaders. Furthermore, I provide recommendations and advice to the Secretariat and Advisory/Mentor Group.

XPC (Experience Centre) DepartmentDuring my 10 weeks, I developed Do-It-Yourself kits (electronics) with manuals for educational purposes, innovated and created Arduino related projects e.g. An RFID operated solenoid locker as well as fabricated and code projects using BBC Micro:bit e.g. An automated plant watering system. Additionally, executed a 3D Cad course for educators.

During my stint, I received the Commander's Award.
