Responsibilities:• Creation and maintenance of project plan and project budget;• Regular, timely and comprehensive reporting of the project's progress;• Develop and maintain strong business relationships; • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments, third-party subcontractors, satisfy needs of different stakeholders over the project lifecycle;• Management of cross-functional remote teams and external partners• Monitoring team performance, establishing a feedback loop;• Proactive identification of any risks to the assigned projects and taking actions on elimination or mitigation of those.

Responsibilities:• Work on the company's digitalization projects with prominent visibility across the company;• Discover internal customer needs and address them with appropriate technical and business concepts;• Create and manage a scope of project deliverables and communicate it to stakeholders (both external and internal);• Determine the priority of project backlog items to deliver the maximum outcome;• Provide operational support;• Identify tasks and actions to address issues;• Cooperate closely with many stakeholders across the business on a day-to-day basis to ensure the proper focus;• Apply People management practices, conduct performance reviews, ensure staffing;• Do Resource\budget planning, long-term planning and prioritization, time reporting, budget tracking;• Plan Project teamwork, facilitate daily stand-ups, elicit requirements;• Proactively identify any risks and take actions to eliminate or mitigate those.
