As a Patron Services Representative at Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO), I deliver excellent customer service and enhance the patron experience. I have a passion for the arts and a strong attention to detail, which help me handle various tasks such as ticketing, seating, and communication with patrons and staff.Over the past two summers, I worked as a Guest Service Representative and an Adventure Tour Guide at Mackinac State Historic Parks (MSHP), where I gained valuable skills in sales, merchandising, and tour guiding. I enjoyed interacting with visitors and sharing the history and nature of the parks. I also practiced a Visitor First policy to ensure visitor satisfaction and safety.
