The role of the Hotel Procurement Manager is to oversee the process of contracting with 188 hotels to provide lodgings for Bluegreen Frontline and In-house mini-vacations. This includes managing communication, analyzing data, and collaborating with Regional Directors and contracted hotels on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.

- Expanded operations from a single-focused department to a multi-faceted inbound and outbound support operation.- Established new departments to assist customer and associate initiatives, including Reservation Support, Sales Support, Profit Optimization, and Data Entry.- Enhanced customer satisfaction and the maximization of tour, resort, and hotel allocations.- Served as a liaison for new ventures, vendors, hotels, and all corporate marketing and retail sales marketing-related teams.- Forecasted and reported usage, penetration, and anticipated overage or deficiencies in hotel and tour allocations for all sales and corporate marketing efforts.

-Assure discreet handling of all business.-Preparing confidential reports and documents including processing , verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, status changes and terminations.-Process corporate check requests and invoices with A/P remote.-Set up and monitor LexisNexis for background/drug test results of new team members.-Assist with departmental time & attendance.-Compose correspondence/reports for director’s signature.-Maintain Director’s calendar and arrange travel plans.

pgrade packages and destination changes including transferring money- Book, modify, and cancel reservations in AS400- Assist reservations with calls when in queue- Solving customer issues, taking over escalated calls- Assist with checking daily commissions - Fax in date requests and hotel changes including close in arrivals/cancels- Take over phone calls and supervise department when management is out of the office and in meetings- Open/ close allotments in concierge- Assist other departments requesting hotel/ resort inventory/ AS400- Contacting each site/ hotel/ welcome center when inventory needs to be requested or canceled- Sell vacations to guests through Alliance and mail out information - Load resort rates into concierge

-Follow all specific procedures to maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts, including running preliminary reconciliations, detail transactions and final reports to accounting.-Follow all specified procedures to reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night, researching and posting any unresolved tickets from the day shifts.-Produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions.-Serve as MOD.
