What does growing up in a family of bar owners have in common with recruiting? Quite a bit! 😊Being surrounded by people with different dreams and backgrounds made me fascinated with understanding what motivates individuals, leading me to study Psychology.In college, I discovered my passion for Talent Acquisition. Having a job is one of the most important things to people in general, and having a job where they can thrive, be respected, happy and motivated is the dream. From the companies’ perspective, caring about their people is not only decent, but also more lucrative. Once I understood that, my dream became to be the person who helps companies and employees meet their needs and work together.From my previous experiences I have cultivated positive candidate experience, have managed high-volume recruitment processes, achieved monthly average of 15-25 candidate placements and engaged with about 40 candidates weekly.
