Everyone Home DC works with individuals and families at risk of and experiencing chronic homelessness in the district through prevention programs, case management, permanent housing programs, and other social service supports. As a Street Outreach Case Manager, I conducted daily wellness checks to folks experiencing street homelessness in Ward 6 - handing out food, water, hypo and hyperthermia supplies, and other essential needs. I supported folks in navigating DC's public housing system from first intake to leasing up, designed and taught workshops on employment and financial literacy, and worked in our drop-in day center.

Partakers Empowerment Program (PEP) is a re-entry support program for formerly incarcerated individuals in New England who are working to get back on their feet following often long, unjust experiences within the U.S. carceral system. As a facilitator, I developed 13 detailed, culturally competent workshops and supporting resources, facilitated three 13-week cohorts of programming that prioritizes community building and self-empowerment, and connected 1:1 with students to provide support as they navigated big life transitions and knowledge gaps.

Alliance for Justice works to diversify the federal and state courts and ensure that they remain fair, independent, and accessible to the public. They also serve as a resource center for 140+ progressive organizations working in advocacy. As an Outreach Intern, I supported AFJ in transitioning to a new organizational database and conducted extensive research into state and federal judiciaries and media landscapes. I designed and facilitated professional training sessions for Summer Associates and staff and connected with 120+ member organizations to engage them in membership resources and advocacy work

The Jewish Youth Climate Movement is a project of Adamah that works to mobilize young Jews across the United States around climate justice. As a Strategy Intern, I provided strategic planning on building the movement's Theory of Change and Strategic Planning, aided in the development of JYCM visual strategy, and helped facilitate the organization's annual leadership transition. Additionally, I supported Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, including staffing the DEI working group and overseeing the movement's ongoing responses to climate and social injustices

CCAN is a grassroots organization fighting for clean energy programs, zero-waste initiatives, and other state climate justice issues in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. As an Organizing Intern, I worked to pass legislation that makes it possible for Maryland to achieve net-zero emissions by 2045. I conducted direct outreach to state legislative offices, constituents, and media outlets, created a template and resource guide for a power map of influential Maryland state legislators, and helped facilitate legislative trainings for young activists.

Supported Denison University's Wellness Center in creating, promoting, and implementing new and existing programs on campus covering both physical and mental health. Designed a new mindfulness room, created and distributed hundreds of safe sex and de-stress kits around campus.
