With combined experience in corporate communications, agency management, crisis and issues management; agency marketing and social media advertising; in-house marketing and communications; broadcast television news – on-camera and production; and print and digital communications, she presents unique perspectives and broad experience. Through her global PR and media relations experiences, Natalia has developed trusted relationships with media, public relations contacts, and companies. Currently, Natalia leads Social Media and Content Marketing at Home Franchise Concepts.Previously, Natalia led social media and corporate reputation at BSH Home Appliances Corporation - North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico). She served as the central governance and oversight lead for regional and local public relations, social media, reviews and influencer programs for the BSH North American brands: BSH Home Appliances, Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau, Home Connect, Product Division Consumer Products (PCP), and Experience and Design Centers (EDCs). As the center of excellence lead on digital communications and social media, she provided expertise and guidance to corporate, brands, product divisions and customer care social media teams. She was responsible for social media regulatory risk and compliance, corporate and brand social media reputation management and safety. Natalia ensured integrated corporate communications and social media activities were aligned with overall internal and external communications goals, in close collaboration with executive management and global and local stakeholders. Prior to BSH, Natalia worked as a Marketing, Public and Media Relations and Social Media Consultant for clients, primarily in education, healthcare and small businesses. She also served as the Media Relations Officer for San Diego State University. Natalia brings a unique perspective to her industry having begun her career in print journalism and then in broadcast journalism with experience reporting on-camera and producing behind the scenes.
