As a member of the Projects Department I have gained an extensive and invaluable experience and knowledge in industry and day-to-day operational activities. With in-depth knowledge and experience I provided local and on-site management on all aspects of the most complex, stringent and time-sensitive construction projects at Belalcazar Arquitectos. Some of the activities I carried out include:• Understand the deliverables of internal and external customers and contribute to success ensuring quality.• Develop project plans and time schedules by using Ms Projects. I managed to complete project within stablished timeframes on 100% of my assignments. • Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.• Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritised view of all projects.• Assist in managing resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging projects or technical opportunities and challenges.• Manage the budget plan ensuring the effective distribution of financial resources and identify opportunities to generate savings. • Participate in the selections of vendors by ensuring quality and cost effective deals by researching the market and identifying quality products. • Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams on best project management practices.

Whilst in this role I had the great privilege of doing a variety of work, both internally at CMA as well as for some of the largest companies in the country.
