First and foremost, not only do I love to find the most effective and practical solutions for a customer’s needs, I do so, accompanied with a big smile on my face. For the past 4 years, I have been mastering my customer service skills. Currently, as part of one of the largest suppliers of office and stationery products in Australia and for sure a parent’s best friend in the back to school count down, Officeworks! I contribute to the daily efforts, offering the best service by helping customers find the most suitable product for their needs and making their shopping experience the best. As well as maintaining the appearance of the store as tidy and radiant as possible.Previously, going back to 2010, I was introduced to the tourism industry and absolutely loved everything about it. For more than 6 years I had the fortune to work in helping to improve the economy of my country by developing projects which utilised marketing strategies through both digital and traditional platforms in order to promote tourism (domestic and international) and attract new visitors to the country. These strategies included activities related to brand identity, media plans, brand activations and production of promotional material. As part of this amazing journey, I developed experience planning and coordinating events through the pre-production, production and post-production phases.A little about me, I am recognised by my employers and co-workers as a charismatic, passionate and committed person. I am highly responsible and always willing to give my one hundred percent!
