I am the Director of Business Services at Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), a nonprofit organization that supports small business owners in building neighborhood economies. I have over 20 years of experience in various business domains, ranging from real estate to media to health care.My core competencies include business development, project management, and education. I hold a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) credential from the University of St. Thomas, a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) credential from Lamaze International, and a Birth Doula (BD) credential from DONA International. I oversee the technical assistance team, programs, projects, and procedures of the Business Lab, a unique resource that provides professional consulting services, training, and mentoring to diverse clients. I communicate and engage effectively with small business owners, identify and address their business needs and concerns, facilitate and manage client project progress and outcomes, and report on the impact and results of the Business Lab.
