I'm a passionate Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a focus on providing holistic, person-centered care. With experience in family therapy, adoption counseling, and child reunification, I support individuals, families, and children navigating complex life transitions and trauma. I have a deep understanding of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, and aim to create a safe space for healing and growth.Through my internship, I gained valuable experience in telehealth, diagnostic assessments, and both group and individual counseling. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support my clients in building resilience and emotional wellness.Outside of counseling, I'm an advocate for wellness, practicing yoga, pilates, and empowering others through mindfulness-based groups. As a lifelong learner, I continue to engage in workshops and research to better serve my clients and foster positive mental health outcomes.
