Growing up in the local area, I know what a great community it is that we live in. I am driven by a passion for helping others succeed and strongly focus on providing HR support both internally and externally. Over my career, I have developed my knowledge of HR through supporting amazing local businesses with their HR, people and planning needs. I have experience across the entire employment lifecycle and have enjoyed working alongside small businesses and being a part of their success. I also have experience and qualifications in Business Management and Business Administration and I am a a small business owner in Shoalhaven, which gives me firsthand experience with the economic challenges faced within the area.I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Business with a major in HR to increase my knowledge in Human Resource Management. As such, I am looking for a new opportunity with a larger business in the Shoalhaven, in either HR or Administration.
