Take a lead role in packaging and web design, while continuing to fulfill graphic designer responsibilities. Guide design team in refining concepts and final designs. Liaise between the creative team and other departments. Assist marketing director with creative team tasks, including scheduling/planning of campaigns, and reviewing campaign assets.

Work with creative team to develop brand direction. Provide art direction for marketing campaigns. Work closely with marketing and web development to plan, wireframe, and design campaign-specific landing pages. Design additional graphic assets for social media, email, website, retail, and MMS. Design and output labels and sleeves for product packaging.

Responsible for creating high quality collateral across various media to meet unique business needs. Develop target personas, key recommendations, and messaging. Logo design, brand design, web design, marketing automation, social media, print materials, project proposals & estimates.
