Working in the social impact sector as a social impact measurement consultant and delivery manager for Huber Social, I partner with organisations to measure and analyse their wellbeing impact with the aim to paint a holistic impact picture to help direct resources for the greatest impact. As an all-rounder, I play the roles of account manager, project manager, and delivery manager; as well as build data-driven storylines and reporting from analysed measurement findings.Previously working as a primary teacher within the educator sector, I have strong on-the-ground experience analysing functions of behaviour, data-driven decision-making, and building resilience across neurodiverse cohorts. I joined the teaching industry with the aim to raise the next generation of future change-makers where I worked to shift long-held ceilings on human potential; promote equitable and inclusive access; and celebrate the power of respect amongst citizens.I continue this advocacy for all citizens and ensuring all voices are heard through social impact measurement in my role at Huber Social.
