I became a Market Lead on our team, overseeing MLS offers for institutional clients, portfolio pursuit, and market knowledge. This required excellent cross-functional collaboration amongst our underwriting team and other internal teams: renovation, property management, and asset management. I assisted underwriting analysts in their property pursuit - verifying homes meet buy box criteria, overseeing due diligence as necessary, and guaranteeing quality assets for our clients. This role required making wise, defensible decisions that benefitted our team, organization, and clients alike. As an Investment Associate, I also created and refined our team webpage to be a landing page for all resources, announcements, and trainings. The market research model I have mastered and owned for over a year is something I made into an in-depth training model for analysts to take at their own pace. This training model also became the framework for others to create similar model trainings for the team.

I joined Roofstock as an Investment Analyst on the Acquisitions team in 2021. As an analyst, I focused on building single-family rental portfolios and assisted in driving excellent performance of existing portfolios across our major national markets. Across the country, I led market research, completed property valuations, underwrote thousands of homes, and participated in closing interactions with portfolio managers for hundreds of properties. I also trained new analysts while refining the training process and resources.

Work within the athletic department offices at the University of Southern California. Office is highly concerned with sports, primarily football and basketball, and keeping excellent relations with athletes, alumni, and ticket holders.

Assisted the Southern California Commercial Lending team with underwriting loans. Prepared loan documents, tracked budgets, analyzed client financial information, and kept client company profiles up to date.
