I have made two websites, one by myself with input from the customers and one with another member of staff. I used Dreamweaver to create these websites which I was learning at college as part of my apprenticeship. The languages I used are HTML, CSS, PHP for sending an email from a contact form and JQuery for the gallery and the image slider on the index pageFor the most part I would help other members of staff with any IT issues that they might be having and visited other sites to fit equipment, such as computers and networking equipment.

My role was as an Assistant based in a larger retail unit. I cleaned and prepared all the fruits before putting them on display and also helped with customer enquiries. I learned communication skills because of helping with customers enquiries I had to make sure that I dealt with them with professionalism.
