- Support the North America Regional Office (NARO) in uplifting IUCN Members to make progress towards regional priorities, including 30x30 initiatives in the US and Canada, and IUCN's presence in the Nature Crime Alliance. Planned Regional Fora in the United States and Canada for over 300 participants, mobilized IUCN Members around new Motions and tracking IUCN Resolution Impact. Support IUCN's collaboration with Esri in the Act30 Initiative, and support 30x30 mapping projects. - Support IUCN's Commission on Education and Communication (CEC), a network of 1,500 experts around the world advancing climate and biodiversity education, Nature-based Education, behaviour change solutions, and environmental communication initiatives. Maintain CEC Awards, track CEC publications, plan and coordinate IUCN CEC engagement across the CBD and UNFCCC COPs, including Delegation planning, event planning, and preparing briefing materials for negotiators. Support IUCN policy development and strategic plan development.

- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and management of a team of 7 direct reports at the Embassy of France in Washington D.C. - Design and administer internal knowledge management systems (SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Suite, custom knowledge management platforms and CRMs for internal workflow)- Facilitate the pre-visa academic review process for 8,500 students each year - Support a portfolio of 350 students per year, accompanied by Campus France USA in the admissions cycle as they pursue full undergraduate and graduate degrees in France - Design and manage an Alumni Network of 18,000 members, including the launch of an Alumni Ambassador Program - Design and launch the first French government scholarship program supporting U.S. students to earn Master's degrees in French higher education institutions, in collaboration with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Graduate Scholars in France) - Cultivate and maintain network of partner French HEIs - Participate in conferences such as NAFSA and the Forum on Education Abroad as exhibitors, presenter, and session speaker. - Work closely on special projects, research, and strategic planning with the Attaché for Higher Education of the Embassy of France in the United States, participate in drafting speaking points for French diplomats on education, higher education, and exchange issues- Participate in the selection committee for various French government grant programs supporting exchange, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Paris.

- In collaboration with the French Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs, managed full-cycle recruitment and placement for 1,500 U.S. young graduates per year working as Teaching Assistants in the French public school system- Assisted in visa guidance and administrative support for this cohort - Managed a network of 27,000 TAPIF Alumni, and designed and launched new Alumni Scholarship Programs totalling over $4 millon in tuition assistance annually for graduate programs in France and in the U.S. - Managed the French Teaching Intern Program in partnership with the French Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs.- Responsible for recruiting and managing school placements for 50 J-1 Interns in public schools across the U.S.- Collaborated with J-1 Sponsor organization to facilitate visa application and supoprt for this annual cohort of 50 J-1 Interns
