Responsible for leading a team in an IT Governance capacity to provide project structure, governance, deliver strategy leadership and project controls support. The IT Governance Leads ensure that frameworks, processes, tools and functions are fit-for purpose and enable compliant and best practice management of information assets, whilst ensuring programs align with achieving organisational strategic and operational goals.

Duties Included: Light reception duties answering and directing phone calls and managing incoming e-mails; managing the company database, scheduling work for field technicians for optimal time management and profit; liaising with residents and strata employees for bookings and compliance; processing paperwork into the database, creating, sending and following up on quotes and issuing compliance for councils.

Duties Included: Liaising with clients and financial institutions on behalf of advisers, coordinating reports, forms and lodging paperwork; database management ensuring attention to detail and keeping track of multiple ongoing tasks; creating content for and editing a monthly internal newsletter; creating content for a quarterly client magazine, responsible for publishing the magazine to the company website and social media, and distributing to clients via e-mail programs.

Duties Included: Managing the front desk reception area and boardrooms; greeting clients in person and answering and directing phone calls; managing the general e- mail inbox and assisting in database management.
