I am very proud to work for an Educational Charity . Everyday is highly rewarding and the goal of the Trust is to engage with and develop long term partnerships with organisations. By doing so we can ensure we have the long lasting impact of transferable skills gained through outdoor education continuing whilst at school or work.I personally believe young people need more than just formal education or training and in seeking extra curricular support, everyone can find those magic lightbulb moments.As chair of a governors and trustee in educational establishments I am able to offer an external view and enjoy the challenge of learning that both of these voluntary roles offer.We have to enable all young people to have chances in their lives in order to create equality and aspirations.
