Strategize for Spring Fling Concert coordinating talent, vendors, and activities for 1500+ undergrad students

Girls for Gender Equity focuses on bringing the needs of Black girls to the national stage and amplifying their voices by engaging organizations across the United States who are committed to the well-being of Black girls. On various occasions, I've lead discussions with people from local communities to international groups spreading awareness about the disparities of being black, young, and female-identifying or gender-expansive. I've shared my personal experiences alongside my fellow peers, meeting with the Biden Administration and anyone else who can create an impact far greater than ourselves.

Engage youth inside and outside of school promoting sexual health, healthy relationships, racial and gender equity through an intellectual and intrapersonal lens.

Lead the planning and execution of Urban Art Jamm at the Central Library, overseeing a $10,000 budget. Collaborated with a team on event strategy, promotion, and task delegation as head intern. Represented the program in a televised interview, highlighting event impact and community engagement.

PowerPlay is a coalition of ten non-profit organization organizing that collaborate together to serve girls and gender-expansive youth around NYC. I first was introduced to the company as a mentee of Girls Write Now where I explored my creative voice, published my work, and was awarded by international companies like Scholastic. I soon joined STARS Citywide Girls Initiative where I'm immersed into advocating for mental health and gender equality for youth, but ultimately for all. Most recently, I joined the Lower East Side Girls Club as a youth participant, engaging in discussions and activities about adolescence and young adulthood.

Developed content aligned with the STEPS to End Family Violence organization, leveraging strategic marketing insights from Pinterest team to enhance outreach and engagement. Published digital art on Pinterest platform annually.
