I founded The Orange Side with the aim of working with business owners in order to combat the challenge faced by their businesses in response to the Global Pandemic. The goal has been to assist clients to build resilience, increase their productivity and drive growth through client retention and referrals. Coaching is delivered either 1-2-1 or through group workshops. I also work directly with organisations and as an Associate Coach for Endaba and Hatching Ideas delivering Executive Coaching. I seek to empower and nurture an entrepreneurial mindset in leaders and their people to achieve what is required in the most efficient and effective way possible. Confident, engaged employees who focus on exceptional client experience naturally drive growth in any business environment. My entrepreneurial journey spans several sectors including travel, the arts, performance and motivation. A Career Swiss Army Knife if you like. In 2019 I established the Customer Success Team for leading learning experience tech platform Learn Amp, overseeing people strategies with international companies of between 50 – 5000+ employees. Since 2018 I have served as a Board Trustee at The Oxford School of Drama and was the youngest person to be appointed to the Board in the school’s 30-year history. My motivation to join was to encourage the students to feel equipped and supported to deal with the challenges they will face in the creative industries. Confidence in themselves as professionals is a vital tool to withstand the rigours of the real world.I am, and have always been, totally driven by a desire to facilitate positive change for people. When I work with my clients, I promise a non-judgemental space to work in. That is because it’s the most effective way to facilitate change. I encourage, and I challenge so that they can objectively determine that their choices are the right ones for them. I have a keen interest in sport and sport psychology. There is much we can draw upon from the world of sport in the world of work. Whilst Formula 1 is a big personal passion of mine, attending live sport as always been a big part of my life rugby, football, tennis and horse racing.
