In 2021, I joined Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? after graduating from the University of Bath with a degree in Psychology.During my placement year as a Marketing Analyst for one of Will It’s? clients, I had the opportunity to hear Ben’s keynote speech. I was really inspired by his story, and given my background in psychology and sport, I knew Will It? was a perfect fit for me.Starting out in the Client Services team, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, gaining valuable insight into building high performing teams.Now, as a Client Partnership Manager, I oversee a number of our key accounts. I am responsible for ensuring our clients’ journeys are smooth and successful, ultimately helping them to make their boats go faster!
