School Based Mental Health Team, working with elementary and middle school students during their school day.

• Coordinate new clients meetings, including initial interviews with parents. • Keep track of and have a thorough understanding of children’s current goals and needs, in order to address concerns and any issues that may come up.• Assist Program Director with fiscal planning, administrative duties, management and staff supervision.• Monitor IEP, IFSP, and IESP and billing processes.• Provide direct support and training to office manager, department supervisors, and other staff• Update and maintain website

• Supervise and train a small team of Office Coordinators • Provide support for families with questions or concerns. • Organize Meetings, Events and Phone Calls• Manage databases of clients and paperwork/charts• Implement and maintain office procedures and administrative duties. • Delegating tasks to Office Coordinators• Assist in hiring process, including interviews, and train new hires• Respond to correspondence including complaints, compliments, and questions from clients
