Develops and manages external partnerships by strategically activating cause alliance promotions. Facilitates nationwide strategy for the Coaches vs. Cancer program, including the relationship with the National Association of Basketball Coaches and oversight of all nationwide activities. Identifies, cultivates and coordinates high level strategic relationships with coaches, their spouses and their networks to generate income and mission support opportunites for the Society. Integrally involved with leadership staff and volunteers to leverage and achieve strategic benefits from these relationships.

Developed nationwide strategy and implementation of many of the Society's key fundraising strategies including:*Accelerated launch of DetermiNation, the new endurance event platform for the Society *Significant growth and elevation of Coaches vs Cancer as a primary property including high level engagement with the National Association of Basketball Coaches and their membership*The growth of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer from a $30m to a $50+m property *Oversight of the development of several key strategic initiatives nationwide

Planned and directed the implementation and evaluation of the Society's fundraising and program activities in metropolitan Phoenix market. Played a key role in developing the region's major gift program, cultivated alliances with leaders in major corporations and key organizations.
