About Natalie Pullen

I am self-driven, creative, passionate about working with people and committed to a strong work ethic. I thrive within a team work environment and have a particular interest in Human Resources, having completed my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Working within varying sectors of the community from children to the vulnerable and elderly has shaped my relationship management and strategies of effective communication. Voluntary committee positions within both the charity and sports sector, as a Teams Chair and Treasurer have honed administration and financial skills including cash flow management, logistical fundraising organisation and the ability to effectively utilise Microsoft applications. Combining the experiences of work and travel have widened cultural understanding and developed problem solving initiative, as well as the need for a flexible approach to change management.
