Entering the disability sector after having my daughter, it was evident my strongest determination was to find a career which thrived on what makes people unique. Since then I have worked across a variety of roles which focus on recognising and utilising indiviudal strengths. I genuinely believe if this can occur, it enables every person to have the capacity and desire to contribute to their community. I spent several years working across Disability SA within the person-centred team, and Child & Youth Services as a Developmental Educator supporting young children and their families. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to establish my own organisation, which has been built upon the foundations of my strongest beliefs - finding what makes each person unique, creating environments in which everyone can flourish, and making communities stronger through connection and diversity.
