Natalie has broad experience advising on a range of commercial, trust and property issues. She is focused on building lasting, trusting relationships with her clients, and strives to provide practical and pragmatic advice. Natalie's commercial acumen enables her to advise clients on their day to day business affairs, and any associated legal issues or requirements. Natalie’s expertise includes general aspects of corporate and commercial law: - Corporate governance; - Shareholder agreements and arrangements; - Business sales and acquisitions; - Asset financing.Clients appreciate Natalie’s professional advice about the strategies available to protect their personal assets (such as setting up a family trust).Natalie also advises clients on complex commercial and residential property transactions.In 2017 Natalie was elected onto the board of Triathlon New Zealand. She is also one of New Zealand's top amateur long course triathletes. In 2014 she was the Asia Pacific 70.3 (half Ironman distance) amateur champ, and in 2016 won her category at Ironman New Zealand and was the second placed overall amateur athlete. In 2016 she also placed second in her category at the 70.3 World Championships. Natalie has competed and finished 9 Ironman triathlon triathlons (Taupo - 2011-2016 and Hawaii in 2014, 2016 and 2017) with a best time of 10 hours 01 minutes.Natalie enjoys a successful work-life balance, fitting in a full triathlon training schedule and achieving results at the top of her age group while continuing to prioritise her career.
