During my time in this role my key focus was on Cloud and Automation solutioning and presales activities.Responsibilities spanned the complete sales lifecycle, including requirements gathering, business case analysis, solution mapping to the HPE Software portfolio and 3rd party cloud/Opensource technologies, creating/presenting solution proposals and project definitions (including delivery methodologies, effort estimations, risk analysis) and transitioning the project into delivery. Activities also included creation of new go to market offerings, sales and delivery enablement, and working closely with the business development/product development/marketing functions across the HPE Software business.

Emea

In this role I acted as a Technology Consultant working in the services and consulting division of HP Software in the EMEA function.Activities included solution architecture, team leading, and technical implementation of HP Cloud and Automation Software (HPE CSA, OO, SA, NA) to a number of HP Global Corporate customers in the telecommunication, financial and IT service industries. I worked both in the UK and France and my role was predominately focussed on designing and implementing automated solutions in order to replace existing manual processes, which resulted in major productivity improvements in each case.Projects were typically focussed on delivery of Private/Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Application Deployment Automation, Runbook Automation, and Server/Network Automation.

I joined HP on their Graduate Programme, which was designed to equip graduates with both technical and soft skills through a mixture of on the job and organized training sessions.During my time on the scheme, I rotated as a Technology Consultant and Junior Project Manager on 3 major projects with two of HP’s largest Global Telecommunications service providers.
