In Sept 2017 I launched UAL's pioneering learning and retail space not just a shop, based in High Holborn. not just a shop (NJAS) sells unique home, fashion, giftware and artwork by UAL students and alumni. Outside of retail hours it is also a learning space with a programme of enterprise events designed to help UAL students and alumni to launch and develop their creative businesses. I manage and oversee all retail operations including buying, visual merchandising, financial reconciliation and budgets, staffing of the space (including internships) and project manage all related student competitions, open call applications, product commissions, external pop up shops and special projects. Planning, preparing and delivering family workshops at Sunday Afternoon Drop-in sessions working with children from 4 yrs upwards and their families.

Responsible for the management of 3 floors of gallery space, correspondence and liaison with over 900 artists and suppliers, the upkeep and safety of over 8,000 artworks in various mediums. I managed a team of volunteers, run a monthly art committee presentation to the company and provided all aspects of administration relating to the gallery. I was also part of a support team, supporting five art consultants in producing visual documents, administration and artist research.

Responsible for organisation and co-ordination of several events in a busy office, often under pressure and working to deadline. Involving budgeting, proposal writing, problem solving, data basing and administrative duties.
