• Handles ID/badge and STA/TSA application process• Operating switch board• Maintain filing system for assigned department• Respond to request for file records in a timely manner• Retrieves, copy and prepare files for delivery to requesting party as directed• Input information into databases• Order and maintain office supplies• Direct all incoming calls and answer inquiries• Scan documents and make copies as required• Review invoices for accuracy• Type and distribute correspondence, forms, reports and proposals• Create memos and spreadsheets when needed• Receive and distribute mail• Maintain and audit all file records and logs• Ensure compliance of U.S. Customs Regulation and company policies and procedures

• Expedite lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and handling inquiries in a professional manner.• Assist in training all cashiers in policies and procedures, including training of new cashiers.• Assist in communicating all information to cashier regarding special promotions and sale items. • Responsible for supervising cashiers including assigning work, training, reviewing quality of work. Report all CPP violations and/or any discipline issues to management. • Monitor all cashier drops, conduct random register audits, and safe balances.• Read and/or record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand.• Give cash refunds or issue credit memorandums for returned merchandise.• Inventory control• Manages store in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager which includes; performing store opening procedures, work schedule assignments, informing managers of any customer/associate issues or complaints, ensure compliance of U.S. Customs Regulations and company policies and procedures.

• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise.• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and light storekeeping• Handle cash revenue• Assist customers with inquiries• All other duties as assigned from management.
