With a mixed background in sales development, inside sales, field sales, and conference sales, I am happiest when launching, coordinating, and managing enablement programs. At LiveChat, I created and built a new Sales Enablement Program, producing onboarding materials, organizing newsletters, release materials/coaching. This included developing templates for New Business outreach and building a Sales Org website to showcase software and key integrations while collaborating closely with the sales engineer and integrations team.The role prior involved coordinating two Executive-level customer growth programs for a leading cybersecurity software company, including developing a Global Executive Briefing Center program.My experience spans sales and marketing campaigns, onboarding, funnel generation and development at global market research/analyst firms, software staffing firms, as well as cyber security and software engineering companies. Currently, I spend my time between sales prospecting, Generative AI for sales workflows, social selling, sales skills training, supporting development of GSN Priority Accounts (in addition to the volume business) and content management & development for the annual Sales Kickoff Conference at MathWorks.
