    As the Coordinator of the Africa Biodiversity Collaborative Group, I facilitated collaboration between seven international conservation NGOs on their exploration of emerging and high priority issues affecting biodiversity conservation in Africa. This work includes designing, directing and managing large ABCG projects with partners and consultants, outreach and networking with conservation partners in the U.S. and in Africa and influencing policy makers and donors on key African conservation issues.The Africa Biodiversity Collaborative Group (ABCG) comprises seven U.S.-based international conservation non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with field programs in Africa. ABCG’s mission is to tackle complex and changing conservation challenges by catalyzing and strengthening collaboration, and bringing the best resources from across a continuum of conservation organizations to effectively and efficiently work toward this vision of Africa.
