HR buisness partner for HQ function, supporting functional leaders.

HR Business Partner for the GE Capital European Leveraged Finance business, supporting the Execution, Portfolio, Finance and Operations functions. I also support the GE Capital European Legal and Compliance functions. I partner with the CCO, General Counsel, CFO and CRO in providing strategic and tactical HR expertise.

Associate Director of the HR function partnering with executive colleagues to provide comprehensive HR support to enable the European Institutional Business to achieve its long and short-term goals. Group consists of Institutional Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Client Relationship and Multi-Manager Investment teams based in the UK and across Europe (approx 200 staff).

Within a £35m business start-up, set up the HR function. Successfully negotiated the transfer of key personnel from contractor to permanent contract status, with employment cost savings of over £50k per month. Set up all HR polices and procedures. Accountable for all recruitment for key roles to meet the required business demands as Kinnect grows. Responsible for all internal training issues, including 3rd party training programmes for the Kinnect external partners. Close working relationships with the Kinnect Executive team with regards to all HR issues.

Responsible for managing a team of 4 HR professionals across all aspects and competencies within the HR sphere including Training Managers, HR generalists, recruitment manager, graduate trainees.Responsible for 3,000 staff across the distinct Barclays Stockbrokers business areas across the UK: Barclays Personal Investment Management, Executorship & Trustee Services, Advisory, and Execution Only Marketing. Together with the following Barclays Private Client areas: B2 and Barclays Property Investments.
